I reserve the right to use my commissions to advertise on my social networks and portfolio!

_{But of course the client can ask me to take a time to post it, in case they want me to wait until a specific date to do it. If the client chooses to commission an art that can’t be posted at all, please notify me beforehand, otherwise, it’s not going to be possible.}

I reserve the right to refuse taking a commission!

_{If I don't feel comfortable or qualified enough to draw something or any other reasons, I will politely refuse.}

Send clear references!

_{The more clear references you send, the more accurate to your expectations I can draw! I strongly recommend putting all images in a folder and sending the link. Also the client must provides references art of their character. I'll NOT draw any character that I need to imagine based on textual descriptions. Please make sure your references are clear and in good quality!}

You will get a sketch for approval! After that you can request as many changes as you like!

_{After final confirmation, you'll no longer be able to demand changes, except in cases where I have forgotten a detail or did something wrong.}

No deadlines!

_{In general, I don't work with deadlines. But if you need an urgent commission, an additional amount will be charged depending on the date!}

Do not push me to finish your commission quickly!

_{You can always check the status of commissions in my Trello.}

The client doesn't necessarily need to credit me.

_{The client can post on their social media freely, credits are really appreciated but not necessary.}

If you want to use my art for profit, buy a commercial license!

_{I’ll charge an additional amount for a commercial license.}

It's ok doing minor edits by yourself.

_{Minor edits are ok. But please, don't do extreme edits that completely change the art.}

You can use my artwork to make personal t-shirts, mugs, etc.?

_{That’s ok for personal uses only. Unless you don’t have bought a commercial license, do not sell it. (Please, if you do it, tag me on Twitter! I would love to see it.)}

Do not use my art on AI and NFT related stuff.

_{Since I do not support it, do NOT use my arts for anything related to AI or NFTs.}

_{:.As for scenarios, since I’m not really experienced, please specify it and I’ll let you know what can be done.}

USD and Paypal Only! I’ll NOT be accepting other payment methods.

_{Also, payment is due in full upfront!}

_{OBS: As for the Brazilian public (Note: I’m brazilian), keep in mind that I will charge the converted amount according to the dollar rate on the day the commission was requested. In this specific case it’s ok paying through Paypal or Pix.}

ABOUT REFUNDS

_{If the commission has been canceled for me or the client BEFORE the art process has started, the client will receive a full refund.}

_{If the commission has been canceled for the client DURING the art process the amount to be reimbursed will depend on the current progress of the work:}

_{- Sketch (90% refund)}

_{- Lineart (50% refund)}

_{- Coloring/Rendering (No refund)}
